This presentation was for my final in the Digital Media Strategies class that I took. We were tasked to choose a company to rebrand. So we decided that Post-It Notes need help rebranding. Post-It Notes seemed easy in the beginning, but it later turned into a good challenge.
After my group did a situation and SWOT analysis we created our new target market and personas. Our idea was to have Post-It notes branch into the family market. For our timeline for the year, quarter one was going to consist of building up the brands YouTube community by posting DIY videos, family craft ideas, and house organizational videos. For quarter two we were going to start our email marketing campaign and announce our Central Park Scavenger Hunt event for the family. Quarter three we were going to begin building Post-It notes Pinterest channel. To finish up the year, we planned two more events, the first being a Christmas tree event where families were encouraged to personalize their own Post-It note Christmas trees and submit pictures of their creations, which we post their images on our social accounts and website. Lastly, we proposed to have a model where a dress made out of Post-It notes during the New York Fashion Week.
